CAUSE
One question. One truth.
“I want to understand the reason for price difference for computer embroidery in India. if my repeat size is 75cm vs 40cm, difference is exponential, not just pro data + Normal Deep”
Stitch count and machine time rise nonlinearly when repeat size jumps from 40 cm to 75 cm due to the larger repeat needing far more fill area and longer thread travel.

CURRENT STATE
In India, embroidery is commonly priced by stitch count, with cited rates around ₹40–50 per 1,000 stitches, and machine output around 650 stitches per minute [0, 17]. Pricing also depends on design complexity, colors, setup time, fabric handling, and order volume [1, 6, 9, 12, 15]. That means a 75 cm repeat is often quoted much higher than a 40 cm repeat because the bigger repeat consumes disproportionately more machine minutes and ties up wider-frame capacity.
