One question. One truth.
“What is the USA reciprocal tariff on china?”
As of May 5, 2026, the U.S. maintains a temporary 10% reciprocal tariff on Chinese goods under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974, effective since February 24, 2026. This replaces previous tariffs, including the 84% tariff imposed in April 2025, and covers 100% of Chinese imports. Following the Supreme Court's February 20, 2026, decision striking down tariffs under IEEPA, the 10% rate is set for 150 days, with possible Congressional extension.
