CAUSE
One question. One truth.
“Why is there electricity outage in my area”
As of March 29, 2026, BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) scheduled temporary electricity supply suspensions across multiple Delhi zones, potentially affecting Lal Qila and Daryaganj. Peak power demand in Delhi reached 8,442 MW in 2025-26, straining grid capacity. Since March 11, 2026, Indraprastha Gas Limited's 20% cut in piped natural gas supply has constrained power plant fuel availability, further limiting supply.
